Good To See You!

Students,

It was so good to see you yesterday! I apologize for not getting a picture of Iliana and Meglin, who came later.
Each day I will post assignments that you can do in your book. The books are yours to keep and write in. We won't do all of the pages in the unit, but you can do them over the summer for extra practice. You have a listening CD in the back of your book. You can take pictures of your work and send it to me.
If you have any questions, you can email, text, or call me. I don't have Facetime, but I can do video messenger on Facebook if that's easier for you.
In the Level 3 book, we will start with Unit 4. In the Level 4 book, we will start with Unit 2.
Follow the assignment for your book in the posts below. I will be out of town until Monday, April 27th. I will post grammar videos to help with the assigned pages.
     Have a great weekend!

Sincerely,
Ghislaine

Message From Your Teacher and Assignments for April 16th, April 20th, and April 21st

Dear Students,

I miss you!! You probably know by now that classes are cancelled through the end of the school year. I will still continue to post assignments through May 21st. That would have been our last day of class. If the Covid-19 virus decreases and group gatherings are allowed by summer, I will have a class party at a park in Ogden. Hopefully we can do this sometime in June or July.

I was hoping we could finish up our books in class in May, but since we can't, your assignment for the next three class periods is to complete Unit 10 in the blue book and the white book. Please take pictures of your work and send them to me. These are your only assignments for the next 3 class days. I won't assign reading or music until April 22nd.

If you are finished with the book, please go to this website: https://www.cambridge.org/us/esl/venturesadulted/venturesarcade/
Click on the blue 2 box. Then, click on unit 10. These are extra activities you can do to practice. You can also do the other units for practice. There's also a Citizenship practice that is excellent! Just click on the Citizenship box.

On Wednesday, April 22nd I will post your next assignments. I have been so impressed with the work I have received from you! You are such dedicated students!! Please email, text, or call me if you have any problems. I hope you are all healthy and as happy as can be in this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Your teacher, Ghislaine
